The best way to get in touch with your body is to experience the outdoors.

Near you there is always a prime location to get fit and healthy: a park, playground, square or forest. Your own gym that does not distract you and where we achieve your goals in fresh air. Also outside is a huge variety of training possible!

I guide people in their familiar surroundings near home. We usually don’t really need a gym to reach our specific goals.
